Like many of you, I jumped on the fitness bandwagon using the low road approach and finding the quickest way to get results. I soon realised that I had to stop using exercise as a form of punishment for my body. Over the past few years, I have found a love for powerlifting and pole dancing. I specialise in educating women on their menstrual health, mindset, food and gaining confidence in the gym. I know the gym can be an intimidating place, especially for females, so that’s where I come in! I love supporting women and encouraging them to achieve their goals, not only in the gym but in life. I know that the gym can give people purpose, direction, and overall happiness. I aim to provide my clients a sense of fulfilment and knowledge that we can achieve anything we want. All we need is the right guidance and support network!
