Hey there! I’m Max Featherstone.
From a young age, I’ve been driven by a strong desire to help others, this passion has transferred over into my love for fitness leading me to become a Coach. With over a year of experience, I’ve honed my skills working in a commercial gym environment, training a variety of clients at varying levels of exercise experience. Whether pushing fitness enthusiasts to reach new levels in their fitness careers or teaching beginners the ropes, I’ve consistently provided specialised exercise programming and tips to push my clients towards and beyond their goals.
Over the course of my 8-year personal journey in fitness, I’ve gone through a variety of fitness disciplines, including:
- Endurance Running
- Prioritizing Mobility & Stretching
- OCR (Obstacle Course Racing)
- Hypertrophy Work
- Presently, Powerlifting
This wealth of experience has equipped me with a wide diversity of exercise expertise, ensuring I’m able to help each individual push through their obstacles and realise their end goals.
In my coaching philosophy, I emphasize the importance of commitment, great technique, and creating a comfortable environment in the gym or during exercises. I firmly believe that these elements form the basis for achieving a clients’ fitness ambitions. Without them, the journey toward your goals can become increasingly challenging.
