You have taken the first and hardest step to improving your health, fitness, and wellbeing. Not just physically, but we all know the benefits exercise has on our mental health as well. Once you start exercising and eating well, you will feel better, become more energetic, happier, fitter, stronger, leaner, positive, sharper, confident and active. The list of benefits is endless, but the best news is that your positive actions, your positive way of thinking and your new lifestyle will rub off on family and friends around you. It’s a chain reaction. Even if you don’t mean for it to be, it will be.

About Fighting Fit Personal Training, Health & Fitness
Established in 2011, Fighting Fit Personal Training, Health & Fitness is a fully independent Personal Training and Strength studio that strictly focuses on fully individualised and personalised programs. We are not a commercial or 24/7 gym, nor are we a group fitness franchise.
We pride ourselves on our quality of our programs, knowledge and expertise, our professionalism, and the type of members that enter our studio.
We are dedicated to helping our clients, members, and community in achieving their health and fitness related goals. In our practice we strive to help our clients achieve their goals, through providing a platform that facilitates and fosters education and development for any individual looking to better themselves and succeed.
Our Coaches get results through:

2. Applying the latest research and evidence of training and nutrition,

All our programs are fully personalised programs, tailored to each individuals’ goals and needs!
Our Coaches conduct multiple Personal Training sessions each week in person at our Preston facility.
Whether you want to get lean, build muscle, improve your strength and fitness, or simply feel better in your skin, our Coaches will successfully guide you through the process. Every day, we help individuals like you achieve their goals through evidence-based resistance training and nutritional practices.
Our aim here at Fighting Fit is to improve our health and fitness (and of those around us) and give our Legends the tools and support to tackle and achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
We are here to help you achieve a balanced life and lifestyle, which in our opinion includes exercise/training time, work time, rest time, healthy eating and nutrition and time for family and friends.
Our Facilty:
Our Preston facility is one of Melbourne’s best-equipped private facilities and is decked out with a variety of free weights and machines from both Eleiko, Matrix, Iron Edge & JPS Performance.
For strength and powerlifting athletes looking for competition specific equipment, we have you covered. With an Eleiko combo rack, competition bars, platforms, and calibrated plates. We have shower facilities, and a kitchenette area to cover all your basic requirements.
We have treadmills, rowers, assault air bikes and ample space for warming up.
There is plenty of street parking at both the front of the facility on Plenty Road and the side street Shakespeare Ave.
